The aim to install the automatic
production line is to increase the production volume and to meet the strict requirement
of quality in order to serve our customers to their full satisfaction. The main
characteristic of the automatic production line is the four sets of C.C.D. system
controlled automatic silk screening machines. The full capacity of the line in operation
is 60,000 square meter per month.

Mask Printing
 There
are 12 screen-printing machines to carry out the solder mask printing, legend printing
and carbon ink printing. With the installation of the loader, efficiency has been increased significantly.

Hole Drilling

have 6 C.C.D. controlled guide hole drilling machines that drill the target on the basis of image capture.

Punching
 We
have 23 punching machines to cope with our increased capacity of the automatic

E-Testing
The 15 electronic testers ensure our product is absolutely free from open and
short problems.

Surface
Finishing
 Organic
coating (Entek) or flux will be coated on copper surface of the printed circuits board
to protect it from oxidation.
