Introduction

Century Printed Circuits Limited was established in 1985. As a manufacturer of single-sided, Non Plated Through Hole (PTH) double-sided and Silver Through Hole (STH) double-sided printed circuits boards, we strive to maintain our high standard of quality and keep our prices competitive. In order to keep pace with our continuous business expansion, we relocated our production lines to Buji (Shenzhen, China) in 1991. Currently, our factory consists of a floor area of 60,000 square feet, employs a manpower of 400 workers and our production capacity reaches 120,000 square meters per month. Today, we have developed to be a successful supplier for many prestigious electronics companies and have expanded our market rapidly around the world. For the year 2000, our annual sales turnover has reached US$10.4 million. It is always our determination and privileges to provide our customers with the best quality and services.

Silver Through Hole Printed Circuits Boards

With the introduction of Silver Through Hole printed circuits boards, Century provides our customers with a more cost effective alternative. It is simply done by applying silver ink through the hole of the double-sided printed circuits boards, and can replace traditional plated through hole double-sided printed circuits boards.

In the past few years, Century has put much effort on silver through hole technology improvement and successfully control the common production problems, including silver migration, open/short circuits, resistance maintenance, etc. The stable quality silver through hole printed circuits boards have now been a reputable mark of Century and gradually become popular in our sales market.

Silver through hole printed circuits boards are widely used in many products such as telephone equipment, remote control, DVD, bar code reader, keyboards, digital switches, etc.

We will continue our commitment of continuous improvement on both our product and services quality. Likewise as the development of silver through hole process, we will certainly continue to invest in the latest technology and machinery, which in turn will increase our production capacity and improve our product quality. Current projects under planning, testing and evaluation include printing carbon surface resistors, carbon in-circuit resistors, plated through hole double-sided and multilayer printed circuits boards. As a rapidly developing company, we will keep on expanding our market around the world.

Quality Management System

We pledge to enforce that every product is under strict and full quality control, including in-coming, in-process and final quality control.

Raw material arriving at the factory from our approved suppliers will be checked properly before going to production. After that, in-process quality control is carried out on each part of the production process to ensure good control of quality in production. Finally, all finished product will undergo 100% visual check and electronic testing inspection by Quality Control Department before delivery to our customers.
